POEMS : A management tool

As a management tool, POEMS aims at managing the acquired knowledge of eco-design of product and processes. It provides the possibility to organise and mastermind a technical capitalisation with all the channels ' stakeholders, as well as the goals and scope of common projects (new technologies, new management styles etc…).

POEMS allows to optimise the efficiency of such restructuring whereas this efficiency is threatened within the context of separated actors.
