TEAM™ 4.0 upgrade version :
An upgrade takes place if a user changes from an older version
(TEAM™ 1.15 to TEAM™ 3.0 version) to TEAM™ 4.0 and
future versions and has no valid previous maintenance contract).
Maintenance contract :
Includes on-line support services, and automatic upgrades and updates
of the software during one year if any. Includes on-line support
regarding the use of the main functionality of the software.

Additional assistance can be provided at any time upon request.

- Project support.
- Additional DEAM data
sheets (or modules) extracted from the Ecobilan database.
- Scoping of LCA
projects with the user.
- Basic and advanced training courses for TEAM™ and ISO
14040 series.
- Validation of the structure in TEAM™ of user projects.
- Gathering of data from suppliers, Ecobilan acting as a screen
to ensure confidentiality, and delivering aggregated data to the
customer in TEAM™.
- Critical review of LCA
projects done with TEAM™ or other software
